itrac provides a robust, easy to use tracking system that monitors the attendance and movement of your security officers in Real Time and provides instant notification if an Officer books on late for duty, misses a patrol or individual check point or books off duty early.

Officers simply register their presence on wall mounted, biometric transceivers, authenticating the identity of the individual officers and their location. At sites or premises where patrols or tours are required, the officer patrols the site, logging in at ‘checkpoints’ en-route with the itrac Handheld Proxim Reader, verifying the officer’s presence and time at each checkpoint visited. On returning from the tour, the transceiver uploads the tour data immediately and may be viewed in Real Time through our secure customer web portal.

In the event of Officers arriving late, leaving early, late tours or checkpoints being missed altogether, nominated members of staff will be alerted through the customer web portal, plus the option to receive SMS text messaging or emails too!

Reports can be generated easily from any internet enabled device, in the office, at home, in the car, or printed, faxed or emailed, showing where, when and how the officers have performed.
