ITRAC is a robust easy to use GPRS wireless tracking application that tracks the movement and whereabouts of your security guards in REAL-TIME, providing instant notification if a guard logs on late for duty, misses a check point altogether or logs off early. The guard simply keys in his unique 4 digit PIN code into the ITRAC wall mounted keypad, authenticating the identity of the individual, location and site. Each time the keypad records data, it is simultaneously uploaded and processed at our data centre, where it can be viewed in real-time through our secure customer portal. Reports can be easily viewed from any internet enabled device, PC in the office, laptop at home, Palm pilot in car, or printed, faxed, emailed, showing where, when and how the guards have performed.
Nominated staff can be alerted in the event of a scheduled tour or checkpoint being late or being missed altogether, using the internet portal, SMS text messaging or other mobile devices.
